I'm a pattern seeker.

Across two decades of coaching, teaching, and building — from creative projects in Ghana and Mongolia to coaching in classrooms around the world — I've watched the same truth surface again and again: people are full of untapped possibility, and the systems around them can either unlock it or bury it. So I build the unlocking kind. In schools, in childhood, in women's health, in community. Different domains, same conviction: things can change, and people are the ones who change them.
